All photographs, video and written content on lanhomestay.com are the property of Lan Homestay, Village 2, Viet Hai Commune, Cat Ba Island, Hai Phong, Vietnam. © 2026. All rights reserved.

Our photographs are taken by and for the property owner and first published on this website. We retain the original full-resolution files, including camera EXIF data.

For travel agents, tour operators and media

You may use our photographs only when all of the following conditions are met:

  1. Written permission has been requested from and granted by us at info@lanhomestay.com;
  2. Each photograph carries a visible credit “Photo: Lan Homestay” and a working link to https://lanhomestay.com;
  3. The photographs are used solely to describe a stay at Lan Homestay — never to advertise another property, or a tour that does not actually include Lan Homestay;
  4. Our real location is stated correctly: Viet Hai Village, inside Cat Ba National Park, reachable by boat;
  5. Any rates shown beside our photographs are accurate and not lower than our published direct rates.

What is not permitted

Any other use — including re-hosting our photographs on your own server or CDN, using them in paid advertising, removing our watermark or copyright metadata, or using them to sell accommodation you do not book with us — is unauthorised. Unauthorised use is reported to the hosting provider and to Google under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and pursued under Vietnamese intellectual property law.

Media kit

Approved, licensed photographs are available on request. Write to info@lanhomestay.com and we will send a current set with the credit terms above — free of charge, for partners who use them correctly.

Ảnh do chúng tôi chụp và công bố lần đầu trên website này. Chúng tôi lưu giữ file gốc độ phân giải đầy đủ kèm dữ liệu EXIF.

Đối với công ty lữ hành, đại lý và báo chí

Quý vị chỉ được sử dụng hình ảnh của chúng tôi khi đủ cả năm điều kiện sau:

  1. Đã xin và được chúng tôi đồng ý bằng văn bản qua info@lanhomestay.com;
  2. Mỗi ảnh ghi rõ “Ảnh: Lan Homestay” kèm liên kết hoạt động tới https://lanhomestay.com;
  3. Chỉ dùng để giới thiệu việc lưu trú tại Lan Homestay — không dùng cho cơ sở khác, không dùng cho tour không thực sự nghỉ tại Lan Homestay;
  4. Nêu đúng vị trí: làng Việt Hải, trong Vườn Quốc gia Cát Bà, di chuyển bằng thuyền;
  5. Giá hiển thị kèm ảnh phải chính xác và không thấp hơn giá công bố trực tiếp của chúng tôi.

Không được phép

Mọi hình thức sử dụng khác — bao gồm tải ảnh lên máy chủ hoặc CDN riêng, dùng trong quảng cáo trả phí, xóa watermark hoặc dữ liệu bản quyền trong file, hoặc dùng để bán phòng không đặt qua chúng tôi — đều là vi phạm. Chúng tôi sẽ thông báo tới nhà cung cấp hạ tầng và nộp yêu cầu gỡ tới Google theo DMCA, đồng thời xử lý theo pháp luật sở hữu trí tuệ Việt Nam.
